AgGeorgia Farm Credit has partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) to administer the 2025 Director and Nominating Committee election, with voting to take place October 27th-November 19th. Members will have the option to vote online or by mail ballot. If you are designated as the voting stockholder on an eligible AgGeorgia account, you will receive an email from SBS on October 27th containing instructions for voting online.
Ballots will also be mailed to designated voting stockholders October 27th. The ballot also contains a unique identifier and instructions for voting online if preferred by the stockholder. If voting via mail, please be sure to return your ballot via the self-addressed postage paid envelope. We recommend that members mail these by Wednesday, November 12th to allow ample time for delivery, as ballots must be received by SBS by Wednesday, November 19th to be counted. Ballots should NOT be mailed to AgGeorgia Farm Credit or dropped at a local branch office. Do not mail your ballot if you plan to vote online. For more details on the candidates, click here.
