9/1 Billing Statement & FastCash Issues

UPDATE 8/29-FastCash issues have been resolved and members with operating lines of credit may again initiate FastCash draws via Digital Banking. 

Technical issues related to recent Loan Accounting System and Digital Banking platform updates have caused some members to not receive paper billing statements for 9/1, as well as requests for FastCash draws from operating lines of credit via Digital Banking to appear unavailable today, 8/28. Members requiring draws from their operating lines of credit today may call their branch to request that they initiate the FastCash request for them, or as always, members may request a check. FastCash issues will be resolved tonight and members with operating lines will be able to initiate draw requests via Digital Banking tomorrow, 8/29. 

Concerning 9/1 billing statements, members who had not selected if they wanted print or e-statements had their accounts mistakenly default to receive e-statements. Re-issued 9/1 billing statements are being printed and mailed to members, and no late fees will be charged on 9/1 payments paid through the end of September. In the interim, you may log in to Digital Banking to view your 9/1 billing statement or call your branch for details related to your account billing.
